Dorset case study

Our Client lived alone in a beautiful house. However, their three children lived all over the world. As our client started to struggle with day to day tasks, loneliness and anxiousness at being alone at night, one of the siblings contacted the agency and set up a visit so that we could meet with them and their parent.

We were then able to have video meetings with the other siblings. Once a rota was set up and two suitable Companion/Carers introduced we made sure that each of the three siblings were kept informed of any news or issues and were all involved in decision making.

Whilst the person receiving the care is the most important, it is also a valuable service for their loved ones to know and have peace of mind that their parent or loved on is in good hands whilst they are far away.
