Level of Support
The level of support that can be received is tailored to the needs of the individual. You tell us whether you require a companion who provides a minimal amount of care, or someone who can provide all the care that a client may need should they be incapacitated to a great degree.
The spectrum of care that we provide is very wide, however it must be stressed that Caring Companions (UK) Ltd is not a nursing agency, meaning that even though our carers may have an up-to-date nursing qualification they cannot undertake invasive nursing duties such as administering injections.
Companionship
Along with providing personal care to Clients, our Companions/Carers understand the equal importance of providing companionship to the elderly and young adults. Engagement and interaction with others is essential to improve mental health and wellbeing.
Short-term and Respite Care
We offer short-term and respite Live-in care, allowing family members to enjoy a break. We are also happy to provide respite for carers to cover holidays and emergencies. This Live-in service is available for periods of four days or longer. Please contact us for more details.
