Caring Companions Services

Caring Companions (UK) Ltd works with the elderly and less-abled, including young adults, to provide one-on-one companionship and care. Our carers are available Nationwide, so that wherever you live in the UK you are able to remain in the comfort and security of your own home.

Long-Term Care – Our Rota System

Tailored to you, we match carers to your needs and personality and our rota system enables you to benefit from long-term support. In fact, some of our clients have enjoyed our service for more than 20 years!

We assign each client just two or three carers, each one working for two weeks at a time and living-in with you or your loved one, providing 24-hour support and friendship. This continuity of faces provides more stability, allowing client and carer to get to know each other, the routine of the household – and the client’s likes and dislikes.

The ‘Rota System’ offers peace of mind for everyone. The family gain peace of mind that their loved one is safe in their own home receiving the best care and that they have the freedom to visit whenever they want. The people receiving care feel safe, relaxed, confident, independent and happy.

Level of Support

The level of support that can be received is tailored to the needs of the individual. You tell us whether you require a companion who provides a minimal amount of care, or someone who can provide all the care that a client may need should they be incapacitated to a great degree.

The spectrum of care that we provide is very wide, however it must be stressed that Caring Companions (UK) Ltd is not a nursing agency, meaning that even though our carers may have an up-to-date nursing qualification they cannot undertake invasive nursing duties such as administering injections.

Companionship

Along with providing personal care to Clients, our Companion/Carers understand the equal importance of providing companionship to the elderly and young adults. Engagement and interaction with others is essential to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Short-term & Respite Care

We also offer short-term and respite care, allowing family members to enjoy a break without their loved one having to leave the comfort and security of home and go, temporarily, into a residential home. We are also happy to provide respite for carers to cover holidays and emergencies. Please contact us for more details.
